Aeration

An Aerator is a tool used to punch small holes into a lawn. This allows air, moisture and nutrients to penetrate these small openings. It is most effective near the end of the summer when temperatures are beginning to cool and the soil is moist.

After aerating a lawn leave the cores on the surface to dry. Rake them out to evenly distribute the soil into the lawn. Aeration will also help increase water penetration on compacted soils. This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more resilient Lawn. Contact us today for Aeration service or check out a equipment rental center.
